3. Product Verification

We take product quality seriously. To ensure transparency and accuracy, we capture a video of all orders before they are shipped to our customers. This video serves as proof of the product's condition at the time of dispatch. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will review the video and inspect the product to confirm its condition.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 2 to 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the bank account provided by the customer. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been damaged or used by the customer.
  • Products that are returned after the 7-day return window.
